About the Project, Program & FAQ

Everything you need to know about our free educational webinar series on the psychology of long-term content creation.

About the Project

Long-term content creation is a marathon, not a sprint. Yet most people start as if it were a sprint: with excitement, a 100-post plan, and the belief that "now everything will take off." Then — silence.

Why does this happen? Not because of laziness or lack of ideas. More often because intrinsic motivation becomes replaced by extrinsic motivation (views, likes, money), and when external rewards stop coming consistently, the desire to continue fades. Research in self-determination theory (Deci & Ryan), updated creative burnout models (Freudenberger, Maslach, 2020s), and recent surveys among YouTube creators, Telegram authors, and bloggers (2023–2025) show that channels lasting 5+ years are sustained by autonomy, competence, and connection — not money.

We will not say "forget income" or "just create for yourself." Instead, we will explore the typical path from enthusiasm to burnout, psychological traps along the way, and small shifts that help maintain interest even when numbers stagnate. Calmly, without pressure or blame.

The project is strictly educational and does not promote products or commercial solutions.
